Hospitality projects involve moving parts, tight schedules, and coordination across multiple teams. Every hospitality partner at Fireside Lodge is assigned a dedicated project manager who oversees production, logistics, quality control, and communication from the first conversation through final delivery, giving you one point of contact and one standard of accountability.

Clay Brook Hotel & Residences

At the base of Sugarbush Resort, the 96-room Clay Brook Hotel & Residences pairs ski-in, ski-out access with the feel of a mountain retreat. During a 2025 guest room refresh, Fireside Lodge partnered with Joanne Palmisano, Sugarbush Resort’s interior designer, on the creation of custom bedroom furniture and case goods built to carry the property’s warm, timeless aesthetic through full-season guest turnover.
