Dimensional Tolerances

All handcrafted pieces may vary ±½” on height, width, and depth. Log furniture may vary more due to natural material characteristics. Seasonal wood movement on solid wood products is normal and expected — this is not a defect.

Lead Times

Standard production: 8–10 weeks. Custom stain or COM fabric: 10–12 weeks. Game room furniture with custom felt: 10–12 weeks. Rush production available on select SKUs — contact your rep. Lead times begin upon receipt of approved order and deposit where required.

Minimum Order

No minimum order quantity for standard products. Free freight on orders over $4,500 (Trade Tier). Standard dealer freight schedule applies below threshold.

Receipt of Shipment

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours with photographic documentation. Do not discard original packaging until the claim is fully resolved.

Custom & Special Orders

Quotes will be provided for all custom orders. Custom items are final sale — no cancellations or returns. Custom lead times begin upon receipt of approved drawings, material samples, and required deposit.
