Two-week Stay at Home Order

On Wednesday, March 25, Gov. Tim Walz announced a “stay at home” order for Minnesota to help curb the coronavirus spread in our state. To comply and do our part in keeping our communities safe and healthy, we will be suspending production and shipments for the two-week furlough that is slated to begin the evening of Friday, March 27, and last until April 10.

As such, estimated ship dates already provided for orders in our pipeline could be delayed by up to two weeks; however, as we have maintained a consistent track record of shipping on or ahead of schedule, we will continue to strive to minimize this disruption to the best of our ability when shipping resumes on Monday, April 13.

On a positive note, we are pleased to be in the position to not have to conduct any layoffs during this time and are in fact actively hiring. Due to this, we have complete faith in our ability to resume at full function once this state order has been lifted.

During this time, Fireside Lodge’s business functions will continue as usual with customer service, account management, sales, and other support staff working remotely where they will still be reachable via email, individual office phones, or our main line: 218-568-6188. Furthermore, we will still be accepting and processing orders throughout this furlough and have already built this temporary disruption into our stated lead times for orders placed after today (March 26).

We will continue to update you if anything changes. In the meantime, should you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to your sales representative or customer service via phone or email and we will be happy to help you however possible.

Thank you for continuing to support American businesses and we look forward to the opportunity to continue to serve you!

Wishing you and yours the best of health,

Brandon L. Andersen
